We had the worst experience possible of our wedding with Claudia and Alejandro! We changed our wedding date from Nov 10th to Nov 9th about 8 months before the wedding, and despite sending personal emails to confirm the change of date, and Claudia acknowledging the change of date, and despite our wedding planner sending multiple other emails to confirm the change of date, Claudia paid no attention to any of the information and therefore to our complete horror did not deliver on the date of our wedding. Keep in mind that she had acknowledged the change of date 8 months prior to the wedding. She caused immense stress and sadness to all of us. She didnt acknowledge her mistake at all. She didnt even bother to contact me via phone to apologize. She refused to refund any money! I really liked them both when I first met them in Cabo in April, and she assured me multiples times to trust her. But boy oh boy, was I wrong placing any faith in these two people. For any couple planning a wedding, please stay as far away as possible from these two people. They are guaranteed to dissapoint and not deliver. And your cannot risk it on your wedding day. No one deserves to be treated with such negligence and lack of care. Our worst vendors possible. Every one of our other vendors came through with flying colors. The others were so amazing, and made our day magical. Claudia and Alejandro should not be in business! Please help shut them down!
