I have been an on-line member for 4 years. I like it, because the told are easier to use. Though, there is nobody to be accountable to.

I have the books, but I don't go to the meetings, I just check in with the girls here in the WW thread once a week. The last few weeks I haven't been really good, which is really bad, hahaha, but today I'm doing good so far and I'm going on my treadmill when I get home.

I think the in person meetings really work well for a lot of people but if you're like me and trying to save every penny to pay for the darn wedding, then I think you can do it on your own if you have someones support whether it be here or a friend or family member

Christine I agree!! And I was thinking the same thing about Rebecca the other day!

I'm ready to get back on track, I feel like I was doing so good and now soooo bad!

Christine, did you go way in this week? You don't have to tell if you don't want to, I'll be weighing in on friday and hopefully I'll at least still be the same and not have gained!

Oh, Natalie, I forgot to reply to yours, there are two things you could do:

1. You can order the kit online and it will explain how to count points, etc..

2. You can go to meetings and weigh in weekly and you'll get all the books there. If you don't like the idea of going to meetings each week, you could go at least once to check it out and get the books, you might like the meetings.

3. oh one more option, in one of the other ww threads there is an excel file which will calculate points for you, the only problem with that is that in the ww book, they have common food items and there points values, so sometimes the book comes in handy when you don't have the nutrition facts to figure out points from.

Hope this helps a little, let me know if you have any questions!
