I agree Ann, they knew the rules going into it. I don't think you need to do anymore work than what you're already doing (thanks, by the way). Besides, chances are they're out of the running anyways.

 

I'm up for Season 4 right after this one. This has been great motivation. Maybe I'll get my MOH in on the fun next time too.

Phew, bad week for me. I knew it would be a gain though. I just got back in town. I was in Boston for the Breast Cancer 3 Day. This is my fourth year walking, and every year I manage to gain on that walk!

 

Time to get back on track and see that scale move down!

Yeah it was a bad week for me as well...Birthday and lots of eating out or not eating at all... I have to get back into some physical activity IMMEDIATELY!!!

Yeah I have been having a hard time losing weight. For me it's about watching calories I think cause I am very active but I don't srop pounds fast enough! grr.. Like others, I'm in for the next round as well.

I have been MIA lately... my computer monitor broke and I hate my laptop. I forgot to weigh in this week. It was my second time, but not consecutively. Not sure if I'm eliminated. I think I just need a fresh start. I would be up for season 4.
