The Morning Star crumlbes or SmartGround, also make WONDERFUL chili!

 

With the beans and tomatoes, just like you'd make regular chili, if is really high in fiber and good stuff and low in fat and bad stuff.

 

THe hardest part is not over eating it, especailly if you put cheese on top!

Mmmm, I'm going to have to try this. I've always wanted to have Chili, but I don't eat red meat. This sounds great!

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss this week. Looks like I'm going to have to step up my game a little if I want to win!

Yeah...so even after a not so good week, I still managed to lose 1.6 lbs... Better than I thought. I kept stepping back up on the scale to make sure. This week, my goal is to run all the days that I am off. This will be hard seeing how this weekend is my AHR... I can't promise I will be good, because aint nothing like southern home cooked meals...
