I'm bummed, I've gained 1.4lbs. But the good thing is that I've added weights to my workout. Hopefully I will start building muscle which will burn the fat faster than just doing my cardio.

Do you know what a Wii is? It is a game console by Nintendo and Wii Fit is a game/workout program you can get for it. There is a wireless board that you use for the Wii Fit and there are different Yoga exercises, strength training exercises, balance games and aerobics. I did it this morning again and whenever I had to croutch down at work tonight, my thighs were pretty sore! Yeah. As for the cost, I am not too sure what the cost of the console is now probably between $200-300. The Wii fit is about $90-100. It isn't bas if you have the Wii already or you are planning to get it, but I don't know that I would go get a Wii just to get Wii fit.
