I can tell you Virginia, its a really really tough diet to do.... So so hard.... I nearly caved in so so many times.... But i knew the 7 days of torture would be worth it... I actually thought i would have lost say 4 maybe 5 ponuds at the most but 7.... i was estatic!!! Haha :-)

 

I will definatly see how i get on over the next few weeks and most likely give it another go once more before Mexico :-) x

I'm so addicted to Vista. I just placed another other... two more tshirts, a bride tote bag, two sets of custom stickers, note pad, note book, key chain, post cards, and post-its. Urgh...I gotta stop!
