Met My Designer: Lazaro

I had a wonderful day today...I started my day with a meeting I scheduled with the designer of my dress: Lazaro! I had scheduled a meeting with him as he was in town with a trunk show (great fashion runway show this morning) to discuss my veil (as I had originally ordered an Ines Di Santo veil).

 

He was AMAZING! I am so glad I took the time to go meet/speak with him. I guess I should say that I was lucky he was willing to see me! He is so sweet and humble (almost shy). This experience made my dress even more special. My girlfriend took pics (don't worry I will post soon) of us together in my dress and there was a photographer there so we may be used in Riviera Magazine (if I didn't look like crap) possibly.

I can't believe what a success he has become. I remember when he started from the living room of his house. He made my cousins sweet fifteen dress. I remember I went for a fitting with her to his house. I'm talking about many many years ago. The dress looks beautiful.
