I haven't - because there's really not much of a template to it - more like just a bunch of stuff in powerpoint.

i have already recieved many templates from you, but i have to say your do to list is .... beyond words. i just put in my info, and low and behold it calculates what i need to do and when, and what is over due. and those over due items are in red so i can't miss them. i'm so beyond amazed!!!!!
