I'm wearing a "Bride" bathing suit after the wedding.

I'm wearing a great big dress for the wedding on the beach even though it's Tulum in July.

I'm having a karaoke thing instead of a dance. I think Michael and I are going to get good at one song and do that instead of the couple's dance. Since neither of us can/like to dance.

 

I am total white trash.

 

Anyway, Jason, if you guys don't meet up with us for a drink or anything, I am totally going to kick your *ss. Because, remember, I'm...(see above).

We will totally be there with flannel shirts and big belt buckles holding up Rustler Jeans. Actually, I have dressed like that. Strike that comment.

If I get enough tequila in me to do Karaoke, the only song I do is "Suspicious Minds" by Elvis. With all inclusive drinks, I might even slur like the King in his later years. Sounds like an awesome plan for the wedding. There is no reason for such a great day to be brought down by somber traditions and acting like "adults". I am trying to decide now how I will jump into the pool after the photos with my suit on. Its a toss up between Ron Burgundy "Cannonball!!" style or running around like a soccer player yelling GOOOOOOAAAAL and belly flopping into the pool. Either way, I want to make a scene.

Karen has a white bathing suit picked out for the wedding day also.

Instead of a formal dinner for us on our wedding night, we are going into Tulum Pueblo instead and eating at our favorite restaurant. The have great food and awesome "live" music. It basically a Mexican dude with a slightly below average voice and a casio keyboard playing the pre-set Marimba beat. Its awesome though. He was doing everything from "Mariachi Loco" to Duran Duran songs.
