BDW Biggest Loser 3 SIGN-UPS! **DEADLINE TODAY!!**

Alright ladies it's that time again, you know the deal!

 

Anyone wanting to participate in BL3 can PM AnnR and she will tell you where to send your $15 entry fee. She has asked me to reiterate NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bank transfers to her PayPal account ONLY, please. (Or I know last season she accepted cash and a personal check or two, but that is up to Ann's discretion whether she wants to do that again.)

 

BL3 will start on Wednesday, July 16th - you will send Ann your starting weight along with a photo of proof. Each subsequent Wednesday, you will send Ann your weight and photo IN THE MORNING. Not at 3 pm on Thursday for all you slackers

 

Please only sign up if you are going to take the challenge seriously, after taking it over for Ann for the last several weeks of the second season, I want to let you girls know it's a lot of hard work for the host to keep track of everyone and it's really annoying when people don't send in their stuff on time, or even worse, don't send it at all. I think we should consider instituting a drop rule for anyone who misses 2 weeks in a row (unless they have a valid excuse like their wedding falls during the 8 weeks) but I'll talk about that with Ann & maybe post a poll as well for all of you to give input.

 

Sign-ups will go through end of the day Monday, July 14th. So please PM Ann that you are going to participate, and then post up here to let everyone know you're joining.

 

Last round's winner lost 24.4 pounds! Oh and BTW, the last jackpot was $435! Good luck ladies!

Contest last 8 weeks, ending on Wednesday, September 10th

The winner gets the pot

DEADLINE: If you want to join PM and get your payment to Ann (AnnR) no later than Tuesday, July 15th

 

1) send AnnR a PM to let her know you're interested, and she will then give you her email address, which you will then use to send your $15 thru paypal by July 15th (no Credit Cards please!) - also, please include your BDW username with your payment!

2) You will take a before pic (keep it in your files)

4) Every Wednesday starting on July 16th (anytime), PM AnnR your weight. To keep it fair take a pic of the scale and send it to Ann as well.

5) The contest will end on Wednesday, Wednesday, September 10th. Take a photo on this day and post before and after on this thread. If Ann does not receive your weigh in on that day, you are not eligible to win.

6) Ann will calculate percentage of weight loss from week-to-week, as well as the overall loss

7) The one who lost the most weight in terms of % loss at the end of eight weeks wins the pot!

I've never done this. Is the winner the one who loses the most pounds total or the biggest percentage of body weight? How do you do it? (given that some need to/can lose more than others).

 

BTW I love the button! It's very cute.
