Just a thought Lana.....if youre only having 30 people that will only be about 3 tables. therefore you wouldnt need a bunch of centerpieces. you could use the one from the ceremony for your head table and then just do 2 smaller ones. you can do a hurricane w candles and sprinkle some seashells around it w some sand in the hurrican as well. depending on where your reception is, do your table in a U shape and only have your main centerpiece from the ceremony and sprinkle the shells all over or those glass beads they sell at the dollar store.

 

the ocean is all around you which in my opinion is beautiful so you dont need an elaborate centerpiece. in reality people dont really pay that much attnetion to it anyways. all eyes will be on you

Based on everything I have heard, just about everything is negotiable...so if you dont use their centerpieces, Im just wondering if they will apply whatever money they would have charged for the centerpieces toward something else a la carte. Then again, they are only centerpieces and I prolly wouldnt get much for them.

I am very new to this so forgive me, I thought the white table clothes, chair covers and napkins all came with Ultimate Package. We only had to pay if we wanted colored napkins, the colored bows, etc. True?

The only thing I was told they would negotiate was if we didn't want the dvd and wanted more photos that was it - if they did i'd be quids in because there is loads i won't use in the package
