Planning a trip to Maya Riviera, any suggestions on nice, but inexpensive AI's???

So we had such a blast at our wedding at ROR, that my guests want to plan a trip every year to get full use of our passports. My TA brought up the Maya Riviera and said that it is beautiful and inexpensive... Do you all suggest any AI that are young people friendly and inexpensivehuh.gif
