Let's show our wonderful FI's some extra appreciation!!!

Ok ladies, I was watching my FI last night without him knowing, and I can't help but fall in love all over again. I mean everyday I am bla bla bla the wedding this, and bla bla bla the wedding that, and he always smiles, gives his honest opinion, and ALWAYS helps me out with whatever it is I'm "obsessing over" for the day. It's so easy to get caught up in our busy lives, and our weddings and forget just how lucky we are to have such great guys!!! I thought it would be fun to start this thread, and do a little something extra for the "STUDS" in our lives. When you go home tonight (or when your man gets home) do something special you might not regularly do. Maybe he walks in the front door to find you in nothing but a teddy and the "I wanna jump your bones look in your eyes" or something as simple as "Honey I want you to know how very much I appreciate you" It can be as "naughty" or "nice" as you like. Just think about what would make your man go "ga ga." Go ahead, make your man SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR...I'll start: Tonight I'm going to walk in the door, when Bo walks down the stairs I'm going to give him the usual "hello kiss" not let him say a word and take him strait to the bedroom. I think you can figure out what happens next...Don't hesitate to share if you want....

Funny that you posted this because while we were ouyt running errands today I thought about how much I appreciate Mat! He helped me at the gym, went grocery shopping with me & then he even filled up my car with gas! So we stopped at the beer store to get some Corona for me, so I bought him a case of beer for himself. Then when we got home, I lead him to the bathroom to take a shower with me...(something we don't usually do because we're too tall! - I'm 5'9 & he's 6'4 lol) I won't get into any details, but I'm sure he knows he's appreciated

I just think it's EXTREMELY important to always show gratitude twards eachother. I wouldn't change a single thing about our relationship, and I loooove the look on his face when I make him feel appreciated! I can tell you honestly that he makes me feel sexy, beautiful, smart, and definetely appreciated everyday!!! I can't wait to marry this amazing guy!!!

By the time mine comes home about at 12pm tomorrow night I won't have seen him for 3 weeks lol he will still be in his combats (he's got a 5 hr drive after work to get home) and his feet will stink lol he will start to snore like a freight train and I will go into the spare room lmao

 

I might appreciate him on Friday but certainly not when he gets home lmao

We leave each other cute little notes all the time. then we save them in a box. we are like high schoolers with a note box.

Marty loves it when I send him an unexpected card in the mail, sometimes they are naughty and sometimes they are romantic. I'll send them home and to his work, the guys bug him a bit, but they all think it's really cute (and I think a little jealous). Marty collects his cards as well, but I didn't know anything about it. I came across them one day when I was cleaning, I almost started to cry. I was so full of love and joy, I didn't know they meant that much to him.

 

But my favourite is when I greet him with nothing on but a smile. I don't do it often, but when I do he gives me a look of suprise/excitement/happiness that makes me laugh (he looks like a kid in a candy store)... I love it.

Ryan came home today and surprised me. He has been out of town for three weeks so I was SUPER excited. Yesterday I bought him a really cool Wine kit. So, I got to give it to him... as well as a few extras
