I wanted to post a link to this article/slideshow because I found it quite interesting. Obviously, women have a tendency to have a distorted body image and it was interesting to see how that played out. I hope to catch this TV show when it comes out. I know I need help!

We have this in the uk its done by a guy called gok wann i think lol its fab - mind you FI reckons best way to look good naked is in the dark pmsl i reckon he's right ABOUT HIMSELF lmao

I think we just need to be thankful for what we have, and stop focusing on what we don't have. If you eat healthy, take care of your body, and are appreciative of what you have, things begin to turn around. Check this amazing woman out. YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. Search "Mom with no arms" I am SO inspired by this woman, I think she's truly amazing. Stories like this make you count your blessings and realize that some people are too busy enjoying life to let their imperfections get in the way........WOW..........

I know, I know. It is VERY hard. Do you know how insecure I was about my body when I weighed 110lbs. Now I'm WAY bigger and I think "What the hell was your problem?" I'd give anything to be back to that size again. Ugh.

I do get what Andrea is saying though- be thankful for the way your life is. That's not an easy thing to constanly remember. It truly takes work. My dad is a elementary school principal and he has a 5th grader that has no arms OR legs. He said it doesn't slow her down one bit. She eats on her own, goes to the bathroom by herself, etc. I guess I should have her spirit and stop complaining about all my extra flub.
