OK heres my latest. After confirming May 17th with Gaby last week and her promising to email me the Q&A etc that day (she did not)....i finally get an email today saying "sorry but the other coordinator has booked that date".

oh...and there are no weekends available in April or May.

 

needless to say. I'm pissed.

Shooot thats exactly what happened to me Its ok hun, have you thought about booking maybe on a Thursday because thats exactly what i had to do.

thanks! well for now.....the only weekend date she had in all of april, may, june was june 14th. So I "reserved" the date (hopefully!) I told her that I was very nervous about this since my last reservation didnt pan out- she said she would email me something in writing today.

 

so far nothing, so lets see what happens I guess. I am looking into the RIU now as a backup...just to be safe.

FYI...There have been no weekends available in May since February. That is an extremely popular month. This is why I settled on June 13..LOL!! Good Luck!

OMGJune 14th, Thursday is my date tooo...awww we are getting married at the same time. Im suppose to be getting married at 4pm then drinks, then ceremony on beach at 6-10

AHHH! Cancun Bride you scared me! I had to run and get my calendar -June 14th is a sunday. they said it was the last weekend they had left....I sent back the Q&A - so i just hope the day is actually MINE. If they give my day away again, I'm changing my display name to "crazy bride"

lol the contract is shite - i had the same problem, I've paid my deposit but I'm not signing anything until I get there

 

i've booked the date, time and reception venue the rest i'll deal with when I get there - might ask her to book Christian at the beginning of the year but thats it
