do you get used to the feel of a pave set band?

Do the diamonds go all the way around or just to the side? When I got my e-ring it bothered me at first (i have to pear shape on the side of my main diamong with little diamonds around it) but I did get use to it and now I do not even notice it.

I have Pave all around my E Ring band as well. It feels mostly smooth to the touch but for for the first few weeks I wore it, it really bothered me. I got used to mine after week two. Now I don't notice it at all.

 

I would think as long as they are not sticking out too much it will be fine.
