every time I try to start a new thread or post something it says no data after I hit submit, what's up with that?

i keep trying to start a new thread and when trying to submit it states "no data found" what does this mean and how do i start a new thread.

In this forum, Wedding Forum News & Updates is the Forum. Bugs, issues or "how to" navigate forum questions. is the sub-forum.

 

another example is Destination Weddings in Puerto Vallarta & surrounding areas being the Forum, and Puerto Vallarta Wedding Vendors is the sub-forum.
