I have been meaning to post this since my shower last weekend but I kept forgetting DUH!

 

FI and I went to a dinner party with 3 other couples the week before my shower and they have this Marinator - they rave about it so we had a BBQ / Pool party to all use it. Everyone brought something different to marinate. We had Chicken, Steak, Lamb, Salmon and Veggie Kabobs all go in the machine (seperately). So, the Reveo uses like 1 TBS of marinade or dry rub for about 1lb of meat or veg or whatever. If you put it on the 10min cycle it is like it marinated for 24 hours, 20min = 48 hours.

 

We were SO AMAZED at how tasty the food was (I ate the Veggies, Salmon, Chicken and tasted the Strip Steak) we couldn't believe it - it really tasted like it marinated for days!!!

 

FI and I were going on and on about how we wished we were registered at Williams & Sonoma and would have registered for one blah blah blah.

 

So at my shower, a few of my friends from the dinner party surprised me and went in together to get us one!

 

Now my parents and our other friends want us to bring it over and marinade up! LOL

OMG you have no idea how great this thing is!

 

FI and I went to Whole Foods and stocked up on Fish, Chicken, Bison and some Lean cuts of Steak - we have plans to cook A LOT now LOL
