blah i went to a happy hour reunion with old co-workers and i feel like i could die right now. i dont know how i made it to work. my head burns i have such a head ache. THIS is why i do not drink anymore, i absofuckinglutly can not do it anymore.

ehhh i dont know why i did this to myself. its nuts how once u hit a certain age, u just cant hang anymore. i remem my dad used to always say that... "it'lllll catch up to yaaaa, take it easyyyy... Drink some Gatorade or some Pedialyte if you can get your hands on some. I swear that Pedialyte is the only known hangover cure. It's an old bartender's secret.

 

A chinese buffet will also work wonders. As much as you might want to take a nap in your car over lunch, don't do it. You'll wake up feeling worse!

In theory I'm feeling your pain cause my gf's tried to get me to go out last night! Drink as much water as you can. That will help a little.
