There are several resorts that are on both a swimmable beach and ones you can't. Off the top of my head, RIU Villa La Estincaia (? spelling) Villa Del Arco, Vills Del Palmar & Melia. But I'm sure their are more.

What I found is that most of the resorts that are on a swimmable beach aren't ones that I was interested in getting married at, so we stayed at Villa Del Palmar and our wedding was at the Sheraton. But in all honesty we thought we would be in the water all the time, but we ended up by the pool the majority only time we went to the beach was to walk, or for activites.
