sounds like you really have you heart set on traditional so you should do it. even if you are hot, you can tough it out.

you might want to look at sunset times & plan to have it when the lighting is it's best. we planned our times before we knew we'd have a pro photographer. we were eating dinner inside when the lighting was it's best. now that I understand, i might have planned things differently. but, it all worked out great.
