OMG. That is so ridculous! I seriously cannot believe that they would not simply have said "you know... we tried but couldn't get the stains out." We'll give you a $50 credit for future services." or something. Totally unbelievable.

 

I seriously hope the BBB and BofA kick some dry cleaner butt for you!
