Prayers please...

FFIL was admitted to the hospital yesterday. He had a procedure done a few weeks ago and has been looking pale and losing a lot of weight since then (he's barely eaten). FI just called and told me the doctors said that there is a chance he has blood cancer. The term leukemia wasn't used, but I'm not sure if there is another kind. No one knows anything for sure yet, but please keep FFIL in your thoughts and prayers today. TIA.

I am so sorry to hear about your FFIL. I don't know if the fact that they don't call it leukemia is a positive thing, but stya strong and try to think positively. You and your FI's family are in my thoughts & prayers

Thanks girls. That's so sweet of you. I will be sure to post updates as I get them. I feel so helpless because I work almost 2 hours away from home, so if FI or his family needs me, I have to work around a train schedule to get there and it'll take a while. FI told me to stay here though.
