I was wondering if any DR brides were familiar with the Majestic Colonial resorts. I am still narrowing down my choices.

Hi! I'm getting married there in November and THE number one best resource that you absolutely must check out is the Facebook group for Majestic Colonial brides. Every question you could possibly imagine is answered there.

 

It's a gorgeous resort and the wedding coordinators are really great! Best of luck.

I was there in April to photograph a wedding. The resort is a super huge, you have to ride the trolley to get around, but I loved it and the buffet food was great!!

 

I agree about the Facebook page, check it out for sure!

this isnt' really info about the majestic but on this photogs blog there is a slideshow from a wedding there. that might help you see the resort and locations for the ceremony and reception.

Thank you for your help guys. You were right, the facebook group is awesome. Everytime I thought of a question, I would scroll down and Boom there's the answer. Thanks again for the suggestions.

go to facebook.com and you will have to create a profile for yourself. once you've done that, you can search for majestic colonial in the groups section and it will take you there. have fun with it
