My soon to be step-daughter is 12 and a junior bridesmaid! Makes them feel older

I loved being a kid when I was that age! So much easier 

 

If your wedding party is smaller, you could still make her a junior bridesmaid (if that's what she picks) but maybe still treat her roll like a flower girl? Just not in a little girl kind of way?

 

Her dress can be different and her role still can be different

I ordered my flowergirl dress on ebay for $30, but I am having trouble finding something appropriate for the junior bridesmaids...

I don't think it'll be a big deal if you had her in another designer's dress. It might look really cute if she's in another shade and fabric. I'm all for it!!! My friend who I'm a bridesmaid in this September she did this (different designer, different fabric, different color) and they are going to look soooo cute! We're in chocolate brown with an apple red sash, the girls are in red dresses with chocolate sash.

thats great! i asked her and she said smiling "sure" lol im gonna find a puffy yet a bit grown up dress for her.. i think its too far in advance though...maybe in October
