I got one when I turned 30 - a lizard on my foot. I just turned 40 last week and I think I should get another one. I haven't decided what or where yet, but your post just made me more excited to go out and get it done!

It's probably my fault because I didn't catch it in the proof he gave me, I let myself get distracted. There isn't even supposed to be a third one, I told him two on each side... but now I'm going to get a third one added to the other side just so I won't obsess over it. Oh well, easy fix.
