They have great photos there!
The main idea is to let people know that it's not your photo and to provide a way for people to get in touch with the owner. I've seen it accomplished with something like "Photo courtesy Flickr.com user danielpozo" printed in small text below the photo. Or just take the easy route and email the user directly. I'd be shocked if they said no and you'll be in the clear.
