Starfish Trelawny in Jamaica

Has anyone had a wedding at Starfish trelawnyall inclusive resort. We are looking for kid friendly resorts and this name came up for our destination wedding. They have some nice wedding packages and wedding locations as far as I can tell by the brochures and travel post on other websites. But I was wondering if anyone else has been and could tell me their real experience.

I agree with Mo too. My driver told us it was actually one of the only hotels to survive a major hurricane many years ago, so it could possibly be older than some other resorts in the area.

I stayed here in 1998 (OMG 10 years ago already?!)

Anyway, it was a really nice resort, but I tell you, it's literally in the middle of nowhere. About half way between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. If you are looking for nightlife outside the resort, it's a drive in either direction.
