Tickertape?!

I need help! I am trying to personalize my messages by adding the tickertape, but I am not sure of how to attach it to all of my outgoing messages. Can someone help me out puh-lease!

under your user cp (see left top of forum) you have to go into edit signature. it's what everyone calls a siggy. when you add into your signature it shows up under all of your posts.
