Bridal Shower Food???

Recommended Posts

Ok, so I am working on a food menu for my bridal shower and I am kind of stuck. I want to keep this laid back so myself & helpers will be making the food for the party, mainly finger foods. I am a pescatarian (vegetarian who occasionally eats fish) so everyone will be eating like me for the day. I guess my question is how many different items do you think we should have? I don't want to go overboard but I also want to have enough variety.

Here is my list so far:

Veggie Tray

Fruit Tray

Cucumber Sandwiches

Dips & Chips

Stuffed Mushrooms

Shrimp Cocktail

7 Layer Salad

Deviled Eggs

I am still working on the dessert list.

Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

Maybe add a pasta dish? And are you having sweets? (cakes, etc)
Sure! The more the merrier! friday.gif

A pasta dish sounds good. I do plan on having sweets I have been looking into that too. I will prob end up getting a cake but I would like to add some smaller sweets in the mix too. Any suggestions?

That sounds like plenty of food. But if you're looking for more ideas, what about like tuna salad sandwiches or pimento cheese sandwiches, if you are staying away from meat. You could also do a tray with cheeses, pickles & olives...or something like that.
