I'm new and need help!

Hello all! I need some advice! We want a beach wedding with luxury and fun. We will have a party of 30 going which includes children. We want a beautiful beach, resort and great service! We've had some family members express concern of the budget so we want it reasonable. We have our travel agent giving us price quotes for the Dreams Resorts in Cabo and Tulum(Riviera Maya) for anywhere between Dec. 08 - April 09. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Congrats and welcome to the forum - I don't know about Tulum, but I do believe PV is cheaper than Cabo (one of the reasons we decided to stay here instead of moving).
