Wow that's awesome!! I too stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down 2lbs and 2% body fat! Totally made my day @ 6am too

I am on the crazy diet before doing my cleanse this Friday of no coffee, sugar, dairy or animal protein so that may be a major contributor. I'm hoping for dramatic differences after this cleanse

Great job girls on losing the weight!! Sometimes a little "shock your body" will do miraculous things and actually make you lose weight, even if you cheat a little. I used to do the Abs Diet...I would have 1 cheat meal a week. After that cheat meal, I usually dropped 2-3 lbs cause my body worked so hard to burn it off!

I need to sort out our AHR invites while I've still got 'free invite offers' from Vistaprint! Problem is, I can't find any appropriate wording.

 

I want something quite formal, (no rhymes!!) so something along the lines of:

 

BRIDE & GROOM, with their parents,

 

would like to invite you to our wedding reception

 

on Saturday 22 May 2010

 

following our wedding on 7 May 2010 at Ocean Coral hotel, Mexico.

 

 

That's just totally off the top of my head but i'm just going round and round in circles at the moment trying to find something appropriate.

Yeah I hate those little plateaus that take that drastic change to push the weight loss into overdrive!
