Ash, I got the dolphie air freshners at Wal-Mart -and one turtle shped one because I have a girlfriend that adores them- they are hanging AF that are 3D!!! Auto Expressions by Medo. They were only $3.5 ea and I thought the extra dollar was totally worth it cause they are so cute!

Katie, I told my FH the same thing, if he looks he'll just end up with a weird pre conceived notion that will be totally off how it will actually look on the day. That seemed to change his mind. Besides he promised me he would not walk into my sewing room to look at it -he thinks he can see it through the window -hee hee It fit in the closet so he's hooped!

I really want to try it on... but we have 3 dogs and a cat, and the amount of hair my dress would magically attract is a really good deterrent for leaving it alone! LOL

Katie -150 posts bumbs you up to Junior member -you are getting close -Noob!

xoxo

Well, I just found out about something that is going to create yet another extra cost for me. We were going to go with the $11 meal, but I was just told by Tiffany, that if you have more than 5 vegetarians (which we do) you have to get a customized menu, which I am pretty sure isn't going to be any $11!!! I just emailed her to ask what the details were for getting a customized menu with multiple meal options for guests, but I haven't heard back yet. WHy can't they just make the pork for those who want meat, and the vegetarian meal for those who want thathuh.gif?

KittenHeart, my bouquet is more expensive too, but my $50 went towards the two boutinieres -for my FH and his BM. You should check on that. It wasn't a problem for us to do that at all.
I'm a bit bummed about the beach too.... we are all ocean dwellers (why we didn't get married in Cabo) I guess water socks/shoes will be the order of the day!
That's great to know! I'm going to do that then. I think I'm going to get natural touch flowers for the rest of us... I did the math and the pricing for flowers vs. fake are no question. It's more than triple the cost for wedding party flowers NOT including centerpieces so I hope my fake ones look good :)

Tiffany got back to me earlier. Said that the only fee is to hang or assemble, so no fee for the napkins. I can bring my own napkins and they will use them. Hmmm I wonder if they iron :)

Not sure what you ladies are trying to budget for centerpieces but I am doing some awesome ones for $85 a piece. If anyone is interested in seeing them, let me know. They are a cluster of 3 sizes of vases filled with rocks, green orchids and floating clear flower candles.

Sweet - thats great about the napkins and set up fees. I am still waiting on a quote for my pink table runners. Good thing I can at least bring them! I guess you could bring pre-made centerpieces too, right?

Hurricane Bill is about to hit us!!!! Ahhh And I am supposed to leave Friday to go to MD to throw my BF a shower (were both engaged at the same time) -- I really hope I can still get off island.

I'm having all the bouquets and bout's made for me with fakes and for the centerpieces I really want to do what Ash is doing with the orchids in 3 vases under water with a floating candle on top. Those will be fake orchids as well.

I am going to be bringing a lot with me so extra baggage fees, here I come.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to get champagne there, does anyone know the legalities of bringing many bottles of alcohol into the country?
