Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the forum. What an incredible resource we have here!!

I'm wondering if there are any other Feb 2015 Sensatori brides?
My wedding will be Feb 13th, but we'll be staying at the resort from the 9th to the 16th.

I would really LOVE to have a mariachi band play for our cocktail hour, but its so expensive... If there's another bride on Feb 13th, maybe there's interest to split the cost and divide the performance time in half at each wedding?

I'm also wondering if there is an updated list of Feb 2015 brides that we have access to?

Thanks so much ladies!!
Kendra

Hello! For those who have been to the Azul Senatori before, how did you get there from the Cancun airport? Thanks!

As a Canadian transfers are included however, when I visited for the BdR, I used lomas transfers. The info on these transfers are on their website... I wouldn't recommend them though- we waited forever for our private driver to arrive.

It was only about 15 Mins from the airport... Major plus!

We've used Cancun transfers twice - http://www.cancuntransfers.com

their website isn't shiny or slick, but the service was great.  We book through the website, and haven't had any issues at all. Private door to door service, about $80 for two people, round trip. Sometime we have to wait at the airport for 10-15 minutes which is pretty typical.

Hi all

I'm new to this site-Wedding booked for Saturday 21st Feb 2015, we fly out the 15th for 2 weeks!

We have opted to get married on the SkyDeck as it seems more private, and coming over from the UK only have a small wedding party of 14.

We have also selected the Memorable Moments package, 'Pure Glamour', so a lot of the decisions are made for us!

We are having a private dinner reception at the palapa yoga, again along the 'pure glamour' theme. One thing I'm not sure about at the moment, is wether or not to add lighting as it's 6pm-10pm. I presume there will be some form of lighting already, but does anybody know if this is the case? I've added a few extras along the way, but they do all start adding up so don't want to waste money.

Would be great to hear from some fellow brides to be x

I love the package you sent to your guests! Where did you find the custom luggage tags?

That's good to know! We are flying down with Westjet for the BDR in November, I think we may need to find our own way to the resort then? It is good to know our Sunwing package includes an airport transfer-thanks!

@@Ydolem Thank you!!!  I found the luggage tags on Ebay - They were the most reasonable price I could find for customized leather luggage tags!

Here is the link:

Thank you so much! I wanted to make my guests feel special and excited for Mexico. They are spending a lot of money to come to this wedding!  I gave the booklet information (the wording, what to expect, the weather, etc) to my friend Ellen. She designed the booklet, printed them, boxed them and sent them out to all my guests! She is very reasonable! And she created my invitations (pictures in my gallery). When my guests got the pre-wedding mailer, I got so many texts and phone calls. They all loved them!!!

Here is Ellen's info:
