Hello Ladies! Happy New Year and I hope you are all doing well! It's been soooooo long since I've been on here that I forgot where I even left off with you all! Anyway, now that the Holidays have passed and I have taken a hiatus from wedding planning, my hopes are to get back on the saddle and get things done.  It took me a few days to catch up but I just wanted to drop a few lines to say hello to you all.  Hope you all had wonderful Holidays!

Thank you! I'm so glad you girls have experienced the same thing and have had positive experiences. I have a call with them on Monday. I just got really ticked off when I received a very impersonal email through my TA. The feedback I gave Fabio on Friday was that they need to handle each change with a reassuring phone call, rather than email. That's what I consider top notch customer service. I'm looking forward to finalizing my details soon and moving past this. Your words definitely let me know this isn't the end of the world.  You are my angels!

This happened to me but the major proiblem was that they didn't tell me until i called 10 times and then finally i told my TA which was through destination weddings how displeased i was and boy they have been top notch since then.  I would email her at 10pm and she would email me back within the hour.  So if you are working with DW tell your TA and it will change!  Start printing your detail sheets everytime you make any changes.  My second WC was missing stuff but i corrected her immediately!  As long as you have documentation they should have to honor it! Goodluck! You will get more attention now that your wedding is closer.  They didn't really do much until 2 mo before the wedding.  28 more days!!!! Yeah

I love the royal blue shoes idea! I wish my wedding colors had blue in them, just so I can wear blue shoes (something blue)! I can't wait to see pictures of both of your weddings.

Oh good, who is your WC? Mine is now Erika and I had Carolina.... so for brides that have Carolina and don't know yet, January 31st is her last day.

Your detail sheet should stay the same, so as long as you've kept your old ones as backup, you should be safe.

Welcome back! I feel like I've had many breaks from wedding planning myself. There are so many little details, that it gets overwhelming if you do it all at once!

Okay, Monday morning vent ladies.  Have any of you had issues with people either inviting themselves, or guests inviting other people?!  I am really getting quite annoyed with it.  I understand that anyone can go to Mexico but we are paying for private events and even if the people don't come to the wedding activities, the person doing the inviting should respect our wedding.  I'm starting to feel like the wedding is getting overshadowed by a big binge drinking vacation.    Very sad today.
