@@sarahjayne07 yes you can setup an welcome party with apps and drinks in any of their available locations. The cocktail options should be in the food packet you are choosing for your reception. Also you an find it under the food section http://www.weddingsbylomastravel.com/planning

Let's see if you all can be more helpful than these wedding coordinators.

 

1. Can people staying at another hotel have hair and make up done at the Spa?

2. Is there a table set up for Escort Cards (guest table cards)

3. How are tables set up? Trying to figure out my seating chart.

4. I'm setting up an excursion to Xcaret, can people staying at another hotel be picked up or do they need to mee us at Azul?

 

That's all I can think of for now. I'm sure I will have more questions to follow.

I can answer what I know/been told:

1. I was told if the ppl using the spa book under your name there is a 15% discount. I am not sure if they allow it, but I am thinking how will they know . If you book under your name and they pay you back? Just a thought

 

2. Yes, but you have to request it.

 

3 - they told me either one long table or round tables of 8 + sweetheart table. They will have table for cake

 

4. I'm sure they can but you might have to pay extra.

we set up xcaret through "my cancun tours", if you book with the hotel you need to pre pay for your party to be together on the same bus.

So, I finally heard back from the wedding coordinator but it was the Miami one that responded not the Mexico one that was assigned to me. Idk... this is so confusing. I'm starting to think I should have just done a Vegas Drive through. Jajajaja...

I am having 2 cocktail parties throughout the week with my guests. Azul says the locations are TBD. How could I let my guests know where it is? I was planning to do an itinerary in the OOT bag but without the location of these I am not sure. Any suggestions or advice ? Have past brides had this issue?
