Azul Sensatori Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

in regards to sheers... you want a flowy fabric- chiffon or organza.  I used organza & ordered from tableclothsfactory.com.  I purchased the 40 yard bolt in 2 different colors. However, I was married at Azul beach not Sensatori.  I originally planned to have the wedding on the beach under the regular wedding arch spot.  The 40yds. would have been enough.

Has anyone ever used Lunic or James through Sarani for their photos? If so what were your thoughts? We decided to go through Sarani which I am SO excited about, but needing to decide on James or Lunic.

Thanks

I am so glad that other people are having frustrations with people not booking their rooms yet! I know my wedding isn't until next june, but I am just afraid that there won't be any rooms left by the time people actually decide to book. I only did my room block for 5 rooms because I didn't want to have to put down more than $1000 dollars at the time but now i am starting to regret not blocking off more. Ugh why can't people see that it is so frustrating that they aren't being proactive about it haha sorry totally just had to vent!

I totally understand your frustration. We went through the same thing - people canceling and booking last minute. I wouldn't be worried about the rooms selling out though, especially in June. We went in February which is during their busy season and had guests book a room literally the night before! They were able to accommodate everyone with no issues.

FI's mom booked her airfare.  He is happy, so I'm happy.  I think he just needed to feel like she cared.

We released our room block today and I checked Karisma's site and only Family suites are available our weekend.

I'm no longer stressing about last minute stragglers. We already have more guests than we had hoped for.  As long as me, my FI and his son are there, I'm good.  Anything extra is a plus.

The sheers conversation has me confused.  I had looked back at old posts and bought tulle fabric for the gazebo.  Will this work?

I posted this on a separate topic but I thought I should try this too.

I have guests travelling from europe (france/switzerland) to our wedding. Unfortunately our TA can't offer packages with flight + hotel from these departing cities and the land only rates just don't make sense.

Does anyone know a company in europe that offers vacation packages (flight + hotel) from Europe to Mexico?

Thanks!

Lola- Based on the posts I read, it seems like most people used either tulle or organza. So you should be good to go.

We are having our reception at plaza zavaz. I'm going to have Christmas lights hanging but now I'm thinking I might want some papel picado hanging too. Each banner is about 18 ft long. (Amazon is selling the white wedding themed banners for like 4$ each, btw.) does anyone have a suggestion on how many I should buy?
