Washington DC ceremony locations???

one of the photogs posted something a few weeks ago...I can't remember where it was though.

I think Mt. Vernon would be amazing, not sure if they do that there or not, but there are tons of old plantation style places in NOVA.

As for DC, any of the museums would be pretty awesome (like how Carrie in SATC got the NYC library)

Thanks!
The groom is looking for something outdoors and non-religous setting-they already got a reception site, so only ceremony & photo location needed, i know, not much details, but i'm still looking for him...the rooftop at HayAdams looks awesome!

YAY! They found a location, they were smart and hired a coordinator to help them, since i'm definately not one! HA! Thanks so much for your help, they went with a place called the Lloyd House in Alexandria, Virginia and their reception is at Marriott Key Bridge. It looks like it'll work out with alot of time in between to take pics, my favorite...thanks for your help everyone!!! :)

Unfortunately there was rain on the wedding day! The couple new this before hand and were willing to dress up and see eachother the day before for their romantics! It was so much fun, we went to some of the landmarks, but the best part was the C&O Canals in Georgetown, absolutely beautiful and so romantic! :)

Blog post featuring a few "teasers" from the session!

I second the Hay-Adams suggestion. Absolutely stunning! I shot a wedding there a couple of weeks ago. You seriously have the perfect view of the white house on the roof.

I've also, personally, always wanted to see a wedding in Meridian Park. I always thought it would be amazing...with all of the water falls and ponds. I don't know how you would go about procurring that location, though.
