I think it depends a bit on how you're going to wear it. If it's behind the ear with your hair down, go smaller - so #3.

 

On the other hand, if your hair will be back or up and the flower will be at the back of your head, then you can go bigger. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the color of #2. I think with blonde, it will be STUNNING.
