Bumed out about photographer!!

Well as Dreams Cancun have lifted the photographer ban I thought I'd see how much to get my fav person to do it lol

 

Wish I hadn't bothered - I think I nearly fainted at how much it was lmao

 

I know its probably reasonable but its just way out of my price range and I'm not having that type of wedding which it would be worthwhile paying for it, not to mention don't have the cash!!

 

So maybe back to the original plan bollox!!

Yeah, I had that same problem What a bummer right? I mean, I know the work is TOTALLY worth it... and if it weren't that good they wouldn't be my favorite photographer... but I just couldn't afford it. It was crushing

I totally understand how you feel! I'm not even planning my wedding yet & I am SUPER stressed about the cost of any photographers that I like!

it was 2k plus his flights and accom so add another 1500 lol i'm just not prepared to pay it as I haven't got it - its gonna kill us to save up what we need already!

WOW, that is crazy! Who is it? Is he/she that good? Anyone else using the same photog? Maybe split the cost with another bride to have him there for both weddings?

Yeah he's fantastic and he doesn't fart about with the pics which I like - he did my cousin's wedding and he was there virtually all day and her pics are amazing lol

 

I was hoping he'd say yeah I'll have a hol in mexico for 2 weeks take one day and do your pics lol i mean free holiday!! lmao worth a try tho but gutted

Perhaps find someone from the states to fly in...it will a lot cheaper!

Would you want to look into any of the great photogaphers who are already in Cancun area? That would help save a little bit.

Not sure what your budget is but we're on one as well. We found CANCUN STUDIOS

They were GREAT about getting back to me right away, and they customize a package to fit your needs. In fact the package they made for us is COMPLETELY customized for us. You can come up with packages from $650. I researched and emailed A LOT of photographers and this one was definetely the best for us!
