Time Line

Recommended Posts

I am wondering ....for previous brides who got married how did the timeline of the day work. How long did you plan for your hair, your makeup, pre wedding photos, breakfast, lunch, swim in the pool, whatever. I am wondering how long everything takes on island time.

Also I remember another bride writing that it was hard trying to keep away from the groom because of the size, shape and location of things in the resort. How did you manage that?

Hiya! I'm not married yet but this is what I am planning for my 11am wedding:

8:00am - Hair/Make up

10:00am - Pre-ceremony pics

11:00am - Ceremony

11:30am - Drinks, Pics, Possible cake cutting

1:00pm to 3:00pm - Catamaran Cruise for wedding party (I am not having anyone attend the wedding except for the 2 of us and our wedding party)

3:00pm - 5:30pm - Down time - take a break, have a drink yada yada lol

5:30 to 6:00 pm - Few more non-pro pics

6:00pm - Dinner

After dinner we have nothing solid planned due to the fact that we will not have anyone attending. We will decide once we get to the resort.

I also haven't decided if I am doing any TTD Pics..if so I think I may wait until the day after!
