What's more important to lose inches or pounds?

definitely inches!!! I am back on WW and working out more, and I haven't lost any LBS, but my clothes fit much better. While it sucks not having the scale move, I'm still glad my clothes are fitting looser!

 

Congrats on 17 inches. That is really impressive!

Definitely inches. As you lose fat and gain muscle, your weight will not appear to be going down as muscle weighs more than fat. My trainer looks solely at my inches and % of body fat lost per week.

 

Keep at it, 17 inches is amazing! Congratulations on sticking to it!

some people's weight redistributes or they gain muscle or water weight from working out.

 

17" is A LOT - congrats you should feet terrific about that.

 

also, use a pair of pants or shorts as a guide. try the same ones on every week and see how they fit

WOW great job..

 

I would say Inches are better to loose it means your turning the fat into muscle and you will loose more weight that way. I know everyone want to "see" a difference right away but when you gain muscle you may not see the pounds come off but over time you'll notice how much better you look.

 

Again great job, 17" is amazing.
