Sacred Heart Diet Anyone?

Im bumping this thread again. Its time to lose a few pounds that I cant get rid of, so I am going back on this diet. Is anyone currently doing this or want to start?

 

I am on day 1, and everything is fine so far!

If by some miracle I can get to the store and get the soup made, I will start tomorrow. if not I might be on Jess's scehdule of Monday. It is pretty similar to what I have been doing except replacing frozen lunches with the soup.

Well I am on day two, and have lost 4 pounds already. Although I dont know if I should count them. It was the 4 pounds that i gained over the weekend. Hopefully I will keep losing thoug. So far i feel great!

So does this with the exception of Celina work for everyone? And I am curious how do you transition once you have reached your weight goal??

Stacey- I am going to have to start this weekend. I am super busy till then, but I am going to make the soup and get all my food on friday. If start organized then I am way better at sticking to things.

This looks extremely interesting!!! I'd love to try it.........I wonder when I can squeeze it in. I already made dinner reservations for FI's birthday next week!

Hmm that doesn't sound too bad. I might look into it more & think about doing it.
