Sacred Heart Diet Anyone?

I am not doing this week but am here if you need support. I agree that most of the days are easy, bananna day was hard for me.

I have to admit i failed miserably on this diet - i only lasted 2.5 days but did lose some weight (3 pounds)

 

Im super impressed with everyone that sticks it through!!!!

I think I will start again on Monday. I gained a few lbs while at the lake

I just finished day 3. Woohoo! Not sure if I'll make it much longer. But the first 3 days really aren't bad.

How often do you do the SHD? Every year or every other month. Different websites say different things on how often to do it!

I have been doing like 4 days on then 10 days off or so

Well at the end of BL6 I did it and it was great I just wasnt sure if you do it to much you can get sick. I dont want to start again if its unhealthy that close together kwim?

Totally!! mostly just life interferes. I want to go to HH or someone's b-day. It was a good balance.

 

Recently I have realized how much better i feel eating all those fruits and veggies and how much better my skin is (pimple wise ) LOL

Ok so I've done some more research on this diet and I'm actually gonna ignore my findings and start it on Monday lol.

 

I'm gonna do my food shopping today but I had a few question for all you SHD experts. With the Lipton Soup mix do you add the noodles as well? Also can the tea be sweetened? Also I don't eat tomatoes (they will be fine in the soup) so on the day that we eat tomatoes and beef is there a tomato substitute?

The noodles in the soup mix are fine.

 

No sweetners, artificials or suger.

 

 

Not sure what you should do about tomatos
