Now that I've met you in person Ann, I can make a more educated decision! I think #6 would look awsome on you. But, I really like #1 too. I think it depends on what kind of look you're going for. #1 is more partyish, #6 is more elegant.

I still really like your original one though.

thanks for all the advice ladies - i might copy Natalie and get #1 - i do love the colors. i still like my first one (posted somewhere, i think in the rehearsal/welcome dinner dress thread) but it might be more formal than i want. i was thinking i could wear it for my legal ceremony in Hawaii. who knows, i'll probably change my mind a few more times.

i did buy a dress at Nordstroms last weekend too - it was all white, but had this great style to it that totally reminded me of Mexico. and Paul loved it too - so i had to get it! i will totally get use out of both dresses - i'm not worried!
