Salsa Dancers, Firedancers, at all hotels?

Hi Riviera Maya ladies,

 

For those of you further along in the planning stage, do you know if the salsa dancers and firedancers that I have read about on this site, are available at all the hotels, or is it a function of which hotel you are at?

 

Does anyone have a good wedding coordinator for the area that can organize all that stuff?
