I asked the WC for something like this. A small cake on top with cupcakes on bottom. We only have 38 guests so there won't be as many tiers/cupcakes as pictured here, but you get the idea. The cake is going to be just plain white and I'll make a cake topper, and I stumbled across these exact cupcake wrappers on Amazon in my colors so I'll have them add those too.
