Amanda, the bottom cake was my cake inspiration! Ours turned out beautifully! I posted it earlier on in this thread.

We're planning to keep it super simple and just go with the cake from our hotel. We have asked to keep the cake clean without any flowers - just the simple white frosting decorations. I just have not decided on a cake topper yet! We also want to serve Mexican wedding cookies with the cake to mix it up a bit.
