we heard the same thing, so baker is going to make cake with buttercreme, then cover with fondant. So beauty of cake will hold up in warm weather.

Nooo!! This will defintely make me break my diet! LOL...I love the pics. I have a ways to go but I am going with the free wedding cake at ROR and probably some sort of cupcake tier thingy for my AHR.

I am getting married at the Riu Palace Punta Cana in Oct. and the wedding coordinators emailed me back today & have agreed to let one of my guests, who is a pastry chef, decorate my cake for me! They will prepare a 3 tier white tres leches layer cake for me and my friend will bring all the fondant , decorations & sugar flowers from home! Here is my inspiration picture-its not in my wedding colors & also minus the butterflys-in its place she will do orange cali lilies and green orchids sugar flowers)
