I'm kinda over the wedding...

Pfft, don't even worry about it.

I would hazard to say I was 'bla zay' about organizing my wedding. Same as you, I booked the resort, found my dress, did STD's and that was really it.

Difference is that's how I WANTED it. I'm so not a planner so this was just the ticket for me.

I hardly did a thing until about 6-8 weeks before we left, because I knew the resort WC was going to take care of everything once we got down there.

There are my kinds of DW's, I've noticed since I've been on this site. Small simple ones like mine, and large scale spend-as-much-as-you-would-at-home types. Not to say any one is better than the other, but I LOVED my wedding!

I feel you on this...I too started off excited and full of ideas and all these details I wanted...then it became stressful, my job, photographer issues, MOH drama and it really affected me bc I didnt want to do anything wedding related. I'm slowly getting back into it now but I'm just taking it one day at a time. Just think about how nice everything will look and how much the guests are going to be talking about all the stuff you've put all this detailing into and maybe that will give you some encouragement.hug2.gif

I understand completely...I am all about organizaton and little details and I was also having trouble getting motivated toward the end...I think I was burnt out and realized in the back of my mind that all the little details weren't what made or break the wedding.

I don't think you are behind schedule. Because I was in school and stressed w/ that I didn't start most of my little details until January for my May wedding so right about where you are and it all worked fine.

Relax a little and sometimes people work better under pressue so maybe as it gets closer you will take off!
